The Island - No-Linear

The rules we have so fare are linear in nature, what I want to introduce is a relationship between the rules.

so far we have -

Rule 1: An Island can store "resources".
Rule 2: Over time an islands "Resources" are increased.
Rule 3: An Island can store "Potential".
Rule 4: Over time an islands "Potential" is increased.
Rule 5: Over time "Resources" are lost.
Rule 6: Over time "Potential" is lost.

To change these linear rules we create a link between rules 2,4,5 and 6. Now the non-linear rules are as follows.

Rule 01: An Island can store "resources".
Rule 02: Over time an island gains "Resources".
Rule 03: The more "Resources" an island has the less "Resources" it gains.
Rule 04: Over time "Resources" are lost.
Rule 05: The more "Resources" an island has the more "Resources" it losses.

Rule 06: An Island can store "Potential".
Rule 07: Over time an islands "Potential" is increased.
Rule 08: The more "Resources" an island has the more "Potential" it gains.
Rule 09: Over time "Potential" is lost.
Rule 10: The more "Potential" an island has the more "Potential" it losses.

We now have a more complex set of rules producing an interesting graph of the resources. As seen below the graph of resources for the island rises quickly and then smooths off as the rules balance each other out.
