This is the graphical feedback that the user gets after moving the islands. The streams of boats move and flow and patters emerge. At the moment there is some amount of delay between interaction and feedback.
The 3D printed isles sit perfectly on top of the graphics. Illuminated underneath as if suspended in the light.I will need to make sure however that it is inviting for people to interact. The subject of play, exploration and adventure will be looked into further. There will need to be a balance between a finished artwork and something that can be touched, moved and adjusted.
